Types of Loans |

For any of
our loans you must be a member of this
credit union.

You may join if you are
employed by the University of Pennsylvania,
University of Pennsylvania Health Systems or
its affiliated institutions.

You may submit
a loan application with a $5.00 cash deposit
to open your account if you have the minimum
of six (6) months employment within our
field of membership or 2 yrs minimal for
$1000 Easy Credit Loan.

Submit application
with most recent pay-stub.

Processing
within 48 hours with no problems. (Does not
apply to Easy Credit Loans.)

Fully Secured |
| |
You can borrow up to the amount of your
savings. Your savings are frozen as
collateral against the loan balance. |

Holiday /
Vacation Loan |
| |
You must have excellent credit history.
No shares are pledged. Maximum $10,000
minimum $1,000. Maximum repayment
period is 12 months. Holiday loans
start October 1st and end February 28th.
Vacation loans start March 1st and end
September 30th. |

Extended
Holiday / Vacation Loan |

You must have excellent credit history.
No shares are pledged. Maximum $10,000
minimum $1,000. Maximum repayment
period is 24 or 36 months. |

Home Equity
Loan |

shares pledged. Minimum $5,000 maximum
$150,000. Finance 80% of current
appraisal minus current mortgage balance up
to $150,000. $250 non-refundable processing
fee WAIVED. Allow 30 days processing after
receipt of application. |

New Car Loan |
| |

shares pledged. Bring in Dealer
write-up. Check is made payable to the dealer. We finance 90% of purchase
price up to $30,000. We
offer pre-approvals. |

Used Car Loan |

shares pledged. Bring in Dealer
write-up. Check is made payable to the dealer. We finance 90% of purchase
price up to $20,000. Car cannot be
older than 3 years. We offer
pre-approvals. |

Debt
Consolidation Loan |

Maximum is $10,000 repayable over a 3, 4, or
5 year period. Bring all bills to be
paid with this loan. Checks will be
made payable to you and the individual
creditors and mailed from this office.
Rates depend on term and amount of loan. |

Computer Loan |
| |
No
shares pledged. You must bring in
write-up for computer you are buying.
Check made payable to you and computer
store. Maximum is $5,000 for a maximum
of 36 months. |

|
|
Personal Loan |
| |
10% of the loan balance has to be pledged in
shares as collateral. Maximum is $10,000
with a repayment period of 5 years. |

Line of
Credit Loan |
| |
No
shares pledged. Maximum is $10,000.
Once approved for this loan you must be
eligible to receive advances in the minimal
amounts of $200. Must have good credit
history. |

Easy Credit
Loan |
| |
Limited to 1 loan every 6 months.
Maximum is $1000 repayable in 6 months or 1
year. You must already be on payroll
deduction, have $250 in savings, 24 months
of employment, and cannot have any other
loan or credit card with us. If you
have no credit problems, apply for one of
the other loans at a lower interest rate.
